Heated ceiling w/ accesible Attic
Aren't all attics accessible usually from Walkin Closets in Master bed Rooms. What does heated ceiling means?

Ya that's a new one.. Unless you have one of those Mattamy homes with the high-velocity air handlers that actually ran the ductwork through the attic.. They did about 1 phase with that before they quit.

No that was for Arista Homes in Jefferson Forest Richmond Hill ...
In Google I found same thing. There is some product like wires to make your ceiling heated just like heated Tiles I guess ... But I am not sure if that is what is meant... The Heat will still be from Furnace HRV etc ... They were bragging about all the Green Energy features ... Here is the Link Where it is mentioned with other Energy Star Features ...
