Branthaven upgrades process and pricing
Just wanted to get some views from people who have experienced the Branthaven upgrade process. How did you find the process/service/support? More importantly how did you find their pricing? Did anyone get extortionate quotes for upgrades? Anyone find miscalculations in their upgrade pricing? Thanks!

I have not meet with the builder for the upgrade yet but went to an open house last night. Their upgrade prices are pretty high, as usually with builder. Monarch seems to give more upgrade than Branthaven. At least they have Engineer floor system, Oak hardwood, standard rough-in bathroom in basement and 10 pot light in main floor that we have to spend atmost $10000 more to upgrade.
