Default Phoenix upgrades and prices

Does any one have some ideas about the Phoenix upgrade prices? Mine has a closing date as spring next year. What upgrades do you think are essential? Thanks for sharing.

We're in the process of choosing our upgrades for our Phoenix home... a few things we're getting for sure.

Extra windows in the basement: $500 each
3 piece bathroom rough-in in basement: $600
Pot lights on the main floor: $180 each

Raising the height of the cabinets in kitchen is a must. The standard is quite low and they look funny. Well worth the cost of raising them. Plus, consider adding a pantry.

I purchased with Phoenix, Towns of Jack Pine, with a closing date of March 3, 2011.

I haven't been called for any design appointments yet, but this thread will be a great starting point!

Has anyone been quoted a price to add a breakfast bar? Unfortunately the towns don't come with one - but I'd really like to add one and have a place to eat (other than in the dining room).

I've attached my floor plan, so you can see what I mean.

Looking forward () to hearing how much upgrades cost with Phoenix.

-Lori

We're adding a breafast bar in our kitchen as well, we'll be going to the design center in the next 2 months... I'll report back then.

Lori I was considering that also. I think it also raises the wall behind the sink so your guests from the dining room won't really be looking at anything in your sink as easily.

People should state though if their upgrade prices are for a single or town or condo.

I will be following this thread so thanks to the OP for starting it.

We did our upgrades in our single last year so I still have lists of many of the upgrade costs. Let me know if you need any prices and I can see if I have them

I would love to hear some prices if you have them handy! A general idea of what Phoenix charges would be helpful in deciding what I really need vs. what I want!

I know they informally quoted me $2000 to get flat ceilings throughout the 1300 sq/ft town. They would not only do the main living room/dining room - it was all or nothing for flat ceilings.

If you're able to provide some general prices Barrhaven - flooring, potlights, kitchen upgrades - I'd appreciate it!
