Default Eastboro Community

I'm probably the only one so far, but thought I should at least create a thread in case there are others reading these forums.

I finally bought a townhome from Ashcroft Homes in their upcoming Eastboro community.

So hello to any future Eastboro residents out there!

My husband and I are going to sign the papers Sunday for Eastboro! Rather excited about starting this new adventure, but a little nervous too!

I am not in Eastboro, but last spring we moved into Spring Valley Trails nearby and we really like the area. Good luck with your construction!

Hi ACDC congrats to both of you for signing! Let's hope everything goes smoothly in our new community!

Hi Enarra, yes it is me.

I am heading out to the sales centre in a couple of weeks. I really like the Ashcroft Terrace homes. I think it is going to be a really nice community.

Default Backyard?

Iím so glad I came across this thead, as I am interested in the townhouses/semi-detached homes in Eastboro.

I am wondering if anyone here knows if these homes have fenced backyards or if you can fence your backyard (if it isnít already fenced)?

I find the website doesnít have any info posted about the outside of the property. Will be contacting the sales centre as well (for much more detailed info), but thought I might be able to get a quick response on here for my #1 question!

Thanks so much! Hope to hear from you!

The only models without backyards are the New Yorkers & Terrace Homes(well at least the upper units)
The Urban Towns, Semi-detached & Singles all have backyards.

Like most new homes, you won't be able to fence your backyard until at least the 1-year mark.

Hey CGB,

may i ask how much the Urban Towns are selling for? from the floorplan, it looks exactly like the Dakotas in Central Park, which are going for 289,900 (we purchased ours when it was 274,000 last June, and closing this June)

I don't know for sure what the price is now, but it was $221,900 back in September when I reserved the lot. I finalized the sale in October for a November 2010 completion date.

Though I'm pretty sure the towns in Eastboro have less features than the ones in Central Park. (i.e. no hardwood, ceramics & granite countertops)

But the backyards are a bit bigger I believe.
