My next TV will be an LED backlit one. I like how thin they are and they'll look great when mounted on the wall. I like the look of the Sony EX700 series. The NX series looks sweet too, but I don't think it's worth the extra cost.

Funny. I do my online shopping there too when I need to build a computers or need parts. Price is pretty good and even more when it goes on sale. Also, only one tax but that will go away very soon..

Any brand you recommend or they are pretty much all the same?

No to sure but I figure I need at least 6 meters as I have to have it plug from the back of the tv (fireplace) to the corner of the house where my PVR, Blu-ray will be using a conduit. Just don't know if there is a specific brand or thing I have to look for as I need a long one.

If you can't find one locally, monoprice.com is usually the go-to place for inexpensive long cables.

If you've got a membership, Costco online has long HDMI cables at fair prices.
