I installed the previous model in my last house and it worked well. Was installed in the basement so it was a bit loud if you were in the basement. Over 2.5 years it continued to "suck" . I have the new model (Wind Tunnel) in my current home. Installed it 2 months ago (bought it the last time it was on sale). this time it is in the garage. Much quieter in the house. In my opnion, it is superior to the last model and works very well. Has alot of suction. Would definately recommend it, especially at that price.
