We went down there and had a look at the area. I think that it has the potential to be a really nice area, once fully developed. It is still way early in development though, and with the size of the lots, I would think that it may be a long time before it is completely sold. That will mean you will be in a construction zone for quite some time. Just my 2 cents worth.

We went down for a second and third look. There isn't much building go on there. We also noted that while most of the lots are 60 feet, the lots don't appear to be very deep. None of the homes will face the river, so other than the fact that the lots are wide, there doesn't appear to be a whole lot to differentiate it from other areas? We went for a drive in the adjacent neighbourhood and was surprised to discover that the homes are semis. Looks like Tartan built there a few years ago. There are a couple of single family homes right beside the river, but the street is mostly semi-attached homes.

I passed by the Richcraft Sales Centre about 3-4 weeks ago and I noticed that they haven't sold a lot of Lots in the Landing. I asked the sales rep. (the younger one of the two usually there) how come they don't seem to be selling in that area. The only replied that I got was: ''well, it's high end''. My interpretation: ''we're not selling at the moment''.

Who knows, once the bridge is built and there's a connection to the Stonebridge area, maybe they'll be able to sell more homes in the Landing.
