Your decor appoint won't be for a while people who's houses are just about to get framed are just making their decor appointments. We were contacted about appliances and i have my appointment thursday at Coast appliances.

Some have been to the decor centre and the prices are very expensive. i.e.. upgrade faucet $500 flooring upgrade is based per room average prices seems to range from $900-1600 depending size.

Hope that gives you an idea.

please activate you PM function in your account.

I want to send you private message.

Thanks .

All prices we got are based per unit. So I don't even know my own yet. Then they are broken down which group you choose. A being standard and E being most expensive. Just to upgrade the master bedroom flooring in one unit was $1600. $2000 to stain stairs to match flooring. I don't know too much on pricing but I pretty much provided what I know and may be similar at your development

What? That is unbelievable....check it well .
Maybe march 2018 which makes sense , march 2019 closing for november 2014 purchase is too much of a stretch.
