I think so.
some other upgrade prices i saw were,

fireplace -$ 3750.00
smooth ceiling, not the spray on stucco - $ 1670.00
underpad, whole house I think, 1st upgrade $ 400.00
2nd upgrade $675.00
2nd floor carpet upgrade $1550.00- to burber

getting screwed by the builder on upgrades..priceless (o.k bad joke)

p.s. don't even look at the faucet upgrade prices if you have a weak heart.

Cheers

The fireplace price is outrageous. My plan is to have the fireplace done (mantel and hearth) when I put hardwood in the family room.

Anybody putting hardwood in their kitchen?
