Recently moved in (finally after 6 months), construction is pretty busy in phase 2, people who want to know if their house get bricked or not should pay a visit. I even saw some activities for the townhome portion.

How is the quality of the home? Are there many issues? Are you phase 1 or 2?

For you guys who bought the modern homes and got exterior accent stones instead of the upgraded bricks; it is Lindvest's mistake. My neighbour got their exterior accent bricks redone to the upgraded accent bricks. Cheers!

Well that's a big mistake to make.

Does anyone know if they are putting a park into this project for the kids? My kids asked me today and I have no idea....

You get $150 a day if your past your firm date. Maximum I think is $7500. Not sure how easy it is to get the money after we close but I'll find out soon.

Has anyone hired a home inspector for PDI? Was it worth it? I read that PDI is only 1.5 hour and it's better to hire inspector for 30 days or 1 year inspection...
