Is there an alternative to CMHC in Canada?

It also depends on the Mortgage provider as well.
Not all providers will accept Mortgage insurance from all choices. If you have a broker, they will have to find out from all their options which company they deal accept.

My broker successfully tried a different provider. Thank you for your suggestions.
