Brutus, nice place but I suggest you look at the following items in your ad

- The ad title should say *Pristine*

- Riverside South is nowhere near Gloucester

- Inconsistencies in your pricing: Your original post in August indicated the asking price is $329,500. Your follow-up message in October indicated the price has been slashed by $5,000 to $324,500. The kijiji ad shows asking price of $323,400 ??

- Missing sentence at the end *We are motivated to see and what?*

@Canabiz - thanks for your comments - I've addressed the typos. Re: pricing, as it notes, we are motivated to sell without real estate commissions and would be further motivated to sell without having to list on Grapevine.

That being said, we are planning on listing with Grapevine in mid January if nothing comes out of this Kijiji ad.

Actually, RSS is IN Gloucester technically. I'd know - I lived there for 5 years
Gloucester area is huge, spanning from at least Pineview (I believe) to RSS.

Point taken Cosmo, although I would still like to err on the side of caution. When people (especially the ones new in town) talk about Gloucester, they picture the SilverCity and Beacon Hill, not necessarily RSS.

I can't tell whether houses in RSS are supposed to be more *in-demand* and subsequently command higher values than those in the commonly known Gloucester neighbourhoods but I personally like to be as straightforward as I can in my ad, without confusing the buyers unnecessarily.
