They had to give it away because it was so run down, $1,252,500

We knew the first owners. It wasn't in bad shape then.

Rosehaven had to come back a few times to fix things, but that's not abnormal for the entire neighbourhood or the other builders.

OMG!! that's really low. Buyer got a good deal. Hope this doesn't affect other homes.

The house was originally sold on February 16, 2015 and then this past April 15th. That's all that's stated other than all the times it was for sale since May 12, 2018.

I agree, I think this house will pay off big time for the buyers once they fix it up.

Anyone know why York region thought it was a good idea to shift Hwy 27 down to a single lane going north at Major Mack? Aside from the obvious expansion of majormack, What are they doing on 27 that necessitated this move? I'm trying to figure it out as traffic is now a nightmare on that stretch .

I experienced this yesterday, all I can think of is it's because of what's coming next there, but if so then they could have obviously waited on it.

I had a good look at the project while sitting there in traffic, they have a hell of a lot of work in front of them, I can just imagine how bad traffic will be soon.
