Talking Anyone else build an Urbandale Portland?
I was fortunate enough to purchase a 44' lot back in June 2020 to be built by August 2021 in Riverside South on Rosina Way. Anyone else built a Portland? I have not seen much and there are no pictures online of the Portland.
Also anyone else building on Rosina Way? There are 3 HN homes and 3 other Urbandale homes being built!

Do yourself a favor, stay away from Urbandale. I'm about a year delayed and no end in site. I was promised next week. and now I am told likely April again.

The units that have been occupied have deficiencies that are fire hazards. the buyers are going through hell.

You are going to get lots of deficiencies, lots of headaches and an arrogant site manger who will talk down to you.

Everyone I know that bought Richcraft is doing so much better.

I made the the mistake in buying Urbandale. I hope you don't make the same mistake.
