Default Coating foundation (outside wall)

Does anyone know the name of the light color coating used by a company named Membranix (see picture)? They have it on many Urbandale homes.
The company is not responding to emails, calls, so I'm looking for another company that can repair this type of coating, but I need to know what to look for.

It's called parging but I don't know what the specific colour would be.

This is something applied like spray. Parging is (I think) like cement. This is more like a polymer type.

Generally this is part of the FOUNDATION INSULATION AND WATERPROOFING. I believe Membranix call it Tuff-n-Dri Waterproofing with Warm-n-Dri Fibre Insulation Board (manufactured by Owens Corning, Tremco etc.). Check the company site of Membranix and you'll find it listed under products.
Check this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sE_QJNx2iRs
It shows all the phases of the foundation insulation from start to finish. The grey sprayed layer is the finish, also called top coat.
Regards!

Ah, I didn't realize that there was a new type of the Tuff-N-Dri water proofing. I have the classic version, I think, and their tech was actually plugging up a crack, my 4th one , this past spring. I didn't notice if he used the spray or parging.
