Ah! So it was the dump that I smelled from my house in Kanata (417 & March Rd) this morning! I was pretty sure it was but since it's garbage pickup day and the truck had just driven by I thought that it might be it.

Yes, I smelled it too, and sent in an odour report around 9am this morning.
Ugh.
