Finally! I have been waiting for this release and community for.. a LONG time. Supposedly, they are due to release the first batch of homes by the end of May.

Any insight into pricing and/or anything else would be greatly appreciated. Super excited for this one, hopefully, the recent increase in rates will keep the launch prices within an affordable range.
