Default sod rolling

Nadia tells me they are planning to roll the sod on Little Rouge sometime soon. Said they are actually waiting for things to dry out a little first.

so let me ask you, is what I keep hearing from all my friends true? Are new homes without grass very dusty? Some of my friends who bought homes in Markham told me they didn't open their windows all summer due to the dust. is it true?

We have grass, but neighbours do not, even with grass it is still very dusty and muddy. We do not open our windows during the day when people are around, just waaaayyyy too much dust.

Cough cough, yes very dirty.

Park a car on the road and in one day it's covered in dirt.

You are surrounded by dirt. Dirt in piles. Dirt being moved to a pile. Dirt being removed from a pile. Dry air = dry dirt = flying around.

Get used to it. It will be dirty in your house until the entire subdivision has grass.

I can't wait to get some sod! We are one of the few homes with no front yard sod. With 2 little kids, it is horrible! I'm glad you heard that from Nadia because I heard a rumour we weren't getting back yard sod until AUGUST.

Sorry.... by sod rolling we meant that people who have sod already are going to get it rolled - they use a machine to smooth it out and roll all of the lumps and bumps out of it. As for new sod, we heard June, but they have been putting in topsoil and levelling out the dirt in the backyards so maybe it will be before then
