Default Rosehaven Homes

Is anyone familiar with Rosehaven Homes, and if so does this builder have a good (or bad) reputation for build quality and customer service?

Default Rosehaven

Hi,

I am purchasing a Rosehaven home in Newmarket. from what i have researched and what I can see so far they seem to have a reputation for good quality.

The site manager in Newmarket is great, and so far the work looks good. We are near completion so I will let you know what happens once we move in. But so far so good.

Anyone else have any feedback on Rosehaven Homes. They are currently setting up shop in Ancaster with a subdivision called Tiffany Hill.

I can't vouch for them yet but we did buy a house in Ancaster from them. Only on Stage 1 selected structural upgrades. So far so good.

We finished our stage 2 upgrade selections at the Design Centre. It went well- spent too much, but that's normal

The only thing that was odd to us was making these choices when we don't close until October 2012. I hope I don't get a call that my selections are discontinued next year. We had Frendel Kitchens, same as our last house so we knew what to expect. I was able to call ahead and let the Design Centre know they just released a new cabinet: NexGen so our consultant made sure they were there when we went in- good thing we did they didn't know about them yet, they were that new.

We actually did a photo for their 20th Anniversary magazine- hope it turns out to be decent.

Nothing much until they break ground at the end of April. Overall, we're still happy at this point but we've mostly been spending money
