Fortunately, I never filled my tank for above $1.30. I always end up finding somewhere $1.27 or low. Max tank full was $65 for Ford Fusion I4. My tank usually last 1 and a half week if I stay in Ottawa. (My max drive per day is like 45 km in total)

Everyone's case is different.. So we can't really generalize it. But DB_SL is a liar. unless he dont go more then few blocks from work or has a hybrid.

Pontiac Vibe roughly $50 per week commuting to Mississauga (Airport Corporate)
Get about 8L/100 kms

It's about 65 bucks to fill completely, but we seem to never really go above $55 when we top it up.

So far this month we've put about $100 into the car and we still have half a tank. We probably spend about $30-35 a week on gas. Husband commutes about 25/kms round trip per day. When we move into the new house his commute will be more like 4kms/day! I take the bus to work, so add $65 a month to our gas budget for my transportation.

It's not that bad... we drive a 4dr hatchback.

I have the luxury to work for home so with these prices I don't drive to the office daily .....unless I have to visit a vendor then I get compensated for KM's.....but my wifes car a Toyota Yaris $40 p/week including weekends.

I have a Altima I am guessing if I had to drive into office every day close to $70 p/week

2008 4 door VW Rabbit

$60.00 a tank @ 1.34/L

Commute is 15 kms each way and a full tank usually lasts me a little over 2 weeks. Unless, of course, I do some extra driving on the weekend.

To the cottage I go this weekend. I'm dreading paying for the gas up there!
