Most important - check all you upgrades on that stage (openings, changes in layout, extra wiring and their location). Also make a lot of pictures Definitely will help in future.

Phase two looks great... I am hoping they have an ODR in the new park.

They're nice and courteous, but they don't really schedule a whole lot of time to be there. But just take your time and don't feel rushed... this is your time to inspect things and ask questions. Also, it's a good time to take photos of where wires and conduits and pipes run in your walls, in case you decide to hang something (shelving, etc.) on the drywall.

Be sure to point out everything you think might be off. We had crooked walls, wrong-sized doors, plugs at the wrong height, etc.

Good to know!!

Congrats that's very exciting! You must be over in be mostly finished lots then?

Do you mind sharing (after you close) if they made you pay any of those capped adjustments that were in the PSA? (3 AT $500 cap each, and 1 at $5000 cap) . Fran said she hasn't heard of anyone having to pay them but it'd be nice to get confirmation

Sure, I'll try to remember.

I'm really hoping to not have to pay more... we've spent enough with all the upgrades haha

Just to keep this thread alive...

I heard the Mahogany Design Centre is moving downtown. Couple that with the downsizing of Phase 2 lots, and I'm left wondering why people would consider Mahogany anymore, to be honest. Phase 1 had a lot going for it, but I'm not seeing as many benefits for the new batch.
