Nice, looking forward for sod.

We have some stuff for the 30 day.. floor squeeks, bumps and bruises, insulation, etc. etc.

Overall we are pretty happy with the build... they seem to have done a good job.

Hello all,

I've just placed a hold on one of the 38' lots for a Brierwood. I was wondering if any proud Brierwood owners would be kind enough to share some photos? As nice as the layout looks on paper, it would be nice to see visually if possible. Thanks in advance!

I have one and can post some pictures tomorrow. In the meantime, when we bought i did some googling and found these photos of the Bronte in minto Arcadia which is the same as the brierwood.

Thank you for this Reens.

Did you by chance opt for the kitchen with walk through via mud room? They gave me an upgrade sheet containing the prices of the most popular upgrades.. but it did not list the price of hardwood stairs.. did you opt for this?

I am not completely familiar with Manotick at all.. and am debating between keeping my reserved lot in Mahogany vs Quinn's Pointe. What are your thoughts? Why did you build in Manotick?

We did the hardwood stairs in the standard wood that was included..it was approx 4k.

Our kitchen is like the one in the photos in that link.i believe its the standard layout.

We chose manotick because of the community. Its beautiful, clean, quiet and safe. Lots of nature around and feels like youre in the country yet still in the city. Its a wonderful area to be in. We were in barrhaven before and im glad we left. Barrhaven has become too dense. We couldnt be happier w our choice. Also i believe minto provides more standard upgraded features in mahogany than elsewhere in the city as mahogany is their premium development. (Ie. The free hardwood on main floor etc)
