Well based on my discussion with bank representative, CB interest rates are 3.15% on 3 year fixed mortgage and you can get CB of 2% on mortgages $300k or higher and 3% on $400k or higher. In my case, I found that i can get only 2% and therefore it is not worth it however you may want to calculate if you fall in 3% CB category.
