Default Mortgage rates out there

Our mortgage is coming up for renewal and was wondering what people are seeing out there now. I can't seem to find any current thread discusiing rates. Essentially, we are looking for a 3 year or 5 year closed.

Here is what I got from TD on Aug 22...the 3 year and 5 year are "discounted"

As another option I check my childhood credit union...the 5 year rate was 2.9%, not sure if you are a member of any credit union or are willing to do so, the real beauty they do not have any early payment penalties...
