Default Kingston......East or West? Your Opinions please

For folks that live in Kingston, please feel free to chip in here

Case: Family with 2 kids ( teenager and toddler )

Need: Newly built houses in a nice neighbourhood with young families ( bungalow or detach ) Nothing over 10yrs old

Access: Good high school ( important ), big box stores, social amenities, quick hwy access
