Now that you guys are all settled into this development.... do you mind sharing your comments on the train track that is just north of the development site?

I understand that this is a freight train line. How frequent do the trains run (daily? Morning and night? Mid-day? weekends?).

What street are you on, and are you able to hear it with your windows closed? From you backyard?

Several times during days, nights, weekdays and weekends. I'm on Bignell and may hear faint noise sometimes when windows are closed. Personally it doesn't bother me at all.

So it sounds like it's pretty frequent (even on the weekends, I wasn't expecting that).
