Default Sodding is starting - do I need a special water permit in Ottawa?

Hi everyone,

Do I need a special water permit before they sod the lot and we have to water it like crazy? We're near Rotary Way and Bank in the new subdivision, Findlay Creek area.

Thanks!

Martin

No permit needed..

They will gladly bill you for every drop you use as well as an equal amount for sewer..

Haha. The condo fees that included water at our previous house don't seem so bad now

Pray for rain. Or you will spend hundreds keeping the sod moist. This is just about the worst time of year to sod.
