Default don't buy any home.prices will drop another $200k

Most of these homes purchased by agents on behalf of shell companies just wanting to flip.
Prices are being reduced by $200k since last several months.

won't be long till they cash strapped to make payments.

they will eventually reduce another $200k.

In 2014 builder released sales $1.1-$1.2m

We have homes now being sold as low as $1.4m.

Such heavy density. maybe at $800k I'll consider.

Suburbs falling faster than a knife from a high rise building.

I love the fernbrook homes. I think they are the best built homes in Preserve/North Oakville with Mattamy right behind them (if upgraded properly).

if can get under 1.4 that is a steal in my opinion.
