Question Standard kitchen cabinets for Monarch

Hi,

It seems Monarch has changed the standard kitchen cabinets for phase 10 in stonebridge. It now appears as "Oak Vaneer cabinets" in spec sheet.

What were the standard cabinets before? Did they offer Birch/Maple cabinets as standard in phase 7 or before.

Thanks

Is Deslauriers still the supplier for the singles? I believe oak was standard, in any stain. Their pricing was based on the type of wood, and the style. You could then pick any stain.

Deslaurier is still the supplier (at least they are in the house we are currently having built - part of phase 7 though). Oak was standard, and is available standard in a large number of stains (but not all that they offer - they do offer some stains as well as lacqures which are upgrades). I think they did have about 15-20 standard stains though - a very good selection. For our house, a Mahogany, to upgrade the kitchen to birch was a standard fee of $2000. To go to maple was $4000. Some door styles are upgrades. The more real wood (I.E. not a vaneer) in the style you choose the more it cost.
