I'm not sure which don't. i don't know why the ones that had premiums even had premiums they were pretty much the same size.

lots 83,82,84 are nice to pay premium for them, but i hardly believe they would be around tomorrow. also lots 127,128, 129 and 130

BTW what happens if you go to appointment and end up not purchasing anything? Is it lots of pressure to make you buy or it's still a possibility not to purchase because simply your desired lot is not there?

They have so many ppl booked at the same time, so its not like your wasting their time. I can tell you now, prices went up, so whatever I uploaded before changed. I meant to take a new sheet and totally forgot. Min went up by 5k, the guy said.

Basically when you go, you're crowded around a table and you're fighting for your lot and house w whoever else is booked at that time. I have 2 pics of what's available ill try and upload those when I can.

Common tactic to get people to buy on the spot. You're appointment is not exclusive to you so you don't have much time to think about what you want....been there done that!

I have purchased The Monet from Arista, elevation B across from the park, this lot was $5000 more. All in we paid $650,000.

I got monet a but in area where there were no premiums. Neigbours with almost same home. Keep in touch how progress goes.

Appointments to buy, never heard of such BS. Are you guys sure you’re buying homes and not Justin Bieber concert tickets.

How could we forget the fake lineups in places like Burnaby? People (Asians, preferably) were offered money, plus lawn chairs, portable heaters, food and porta-potties to camp out in from of a sales centre for 24 hours prior to opening. TV news crews were invited to come and witness the spontaneous news event and the stories they ran begat longer lines, people being the lemmings they are.
