Default Big green bin

I think we missed an info session on the Green bin. Hopefully we can insert a plastic liner/bag into the big green box? I don't recall seeing this in the supplied literature. Does anyone know if this is what is expected?

If I remember correctly they suggest (prefer) the use of plastic bags on the smaller container only...but I don't think it's a requirement.
People here at the office that have been using the green bin for a while advised me to use smaller ones only and put some newspaper at the botton of the big bin to absorb moisture.

Thanks - I appreciate the update. For some clarity, I just got off the phone and they indicate you can use small plastic bags in the little kitchen catcher bin - knot them and toss them into the "non-bagged" big bin. Or you can use a bag in the big bin and none in the little one.

Basically use a bag in one or the other - just not both. I originally had visions of one or both bins being smelly messes!

Most grocery stores have the new "compostable" plastic bags now......
