Default OSB Moisture

Pls take a look at the attached picture. Is this just OSB discolouration or is it inferior around the window? moisture trap/dew? It has been like this since day 1 when it was installed in early Feb.

The edges are blue as well so looks like it's just a paint or stain. My guess is, this was the top 4x8 sheet on the pallet and it was sprayed prior to shipping out from the supplier. Could be a weather coating of some sort to protect it since it was the exposed sheet. Definitely not moisture trap. Nothing to be concerned about.
