There is definitely one basement that has been dug. Wouldn't they require the permit to dig ?

I am going to try and figure out who to call at the town to get an time-line as to where things are at, and where they are going. Has anyone attempted to call the Town?

Thanks for the updates everyone! Our closing was originally March 2015 and delayed to Nov 2015, wondering if we will get another letter delaying again.
Glad to hear something is happening, I just wish they would send out some sort of mass communication so we would all know where we stand.

We weren't offered an appliance package from the builder (Cosmopolitan).

I spoke to them today. Apparently there is only 1 lot left. That lot is looking at a closing date of March 2016. They also mentioned that the first closing will be sometime mid October, and that 4 houses will be closing every week.

My closing date is Scheduled for October 23. I have yet to receive a delay notice in the mail. Based on what they have told us i'm assuming i will only have my house by March or April of next year.

He also said that we should all be getting letters within the next week or 2.

WILL THIS EVER BE OVER

Default How many sold? how many phases?

It's finally good to see the end......but it still will be a while before its over!
We've been subjected to a very slow process or so it seems compared to other developments. This process started for me back in May 2010.
How many are sold?.....only the first 90 or so I thought. Total build out is 160 with many more to go. I would think it will be a couple of more years before all activity is complete

Default where did all that water come from?

the new storm water management ponds are truly amazing ......but the original pond on Daniele very rarely had any water in it. Are these new ponds at their normal level? If so there does not seem to be much room for storm water. Where did all this water come from? I checked over by the creek and the discharge form the ponds is a very small amount, maybe they have to dredge more or maybe they blew the elevation (depth) in comparison to the existing Beeton Creek height. I hope we don't get flooded out. This area was all swamp many years ago.....I've seen in the past the former fields where these ponds are located flood during many spring thaws.

I was worried too when we had all that rain last week since our property backs directly on to the large pond. The level did rise but it seemed to disperse towards the back pond which has less water. Also NRCA started dredging and widening Beeton Creek last week so this should help. BTW we moved here 3 years ago and before these ponds were dug our sump pump would run frequently after raining and our back lawn would become saturated. Since the ponds our pump rarely runs and our drainage has improved a lot. Hope it stays. There has always been water in the new ponds since they were dug.
