Just wondering why you are asking for conduit for wiring? Isn't it code that conduit has to be used?

The first experience with the design centre for Cosmopolitan Homes was a disaster - no price lists, and yes a few errors here and there. I really felt rushed through the whole ordeal and actually found it to be a waste of time. I did complain about our session to Cosmopolitan, and the next time I went I found her to be helpful and very obliging so things went very smoothly from then on.

Sorry I am back to work so haven't been home while they are onsite working. They did put up street lights yesterday and were still working today when
I got home around 6 pm.

Yes, when I had my 1st décor appointment with Cosmopolitan, they did not have the full price list. I did have a wish list prepared and she was prompt to get the prices for me and sometimes even call Cosmopolitan on the spot and ask for prices. There was quite a few errors here and there as Marsmoll said. There was even mistakes after they sent us the final paper works as MrBiggles said so do triple-check your papers. The rep is not an organized person so it helps if you keep touching base with her.

Speaking of conduits, does anyone know when we are expected to have our appointment with the electrical company?
has anyone researched this company? I have only heard terrible things from other posters in this forum.

Default pre-wiring

Hi everyone,

Great to hear things are moving along at the site. Like most of you I cannot get there often and I appreciate the dedication of the current neighbours keeping us posted with the progress.

The company doing pre-wiring, including conduit, cable, alarm, camera's is called Built In Technology - located in Vaughan. You can have them run conduit anywhere practically for those concerned. I would guess they should be calling those closing this fall first.

Default New builder in Beeton - South

I have been following this developer for the last three years. Take a look at the article attached, where close to 600homes are going to be constructed starting this fall.
