Default Mattamy Summerside West

PSA - the new sales centre will open this Friday April 17th from 4-8pm to give information on pricing and lots. You will not be able to purchase anything until the next day, Saturday April 18th.

The website has been updated with the homes available in this community along with the Site Plan Map.

Thanks for the update. It will be interesting to see which lots are released first. There are some really nice lots backing onto the pond.

I'm thinking everything on the site map will be released but I'm not 100%. I do know that there will be another phase down the road on the other side of the storm water pond, two communities joined by the pond.

It's nice backing onto a pond, but come on Mattamy, 88' depth on those gorgeous views? How is anyone supposed to enjoy their backyard if they have hardly anything there to enjoy? Anything under 100' is just sad.

We are picking the Sycamore Apparently that is a new design and they dont even have any built out in Kanata to peak at. We are going on gut on this one. Its the larger version of the Wintergreen, which we love and there is a model for.

Just back from the sales centre. Mattamy had a very good opening day with most of the available single family homes backing onto the pond sold. There is only 1- 43' lot left in Phase 1 (lot 21).

The only thing that concerns me slightly is that back in Fairwinds there were a bunch of houses that backed onto a storm water pond, like in Summerside now, but they eventually decided to fill that in and now all those homes that backed onto trees and water will eventually have more homes there.

Not what they had originally bought into...sure hope Mattamy doesn't decide to do this out there in Orleans after 5yrs.
