Exclamation Please help! Can a builder do this?

Hello,

I recently bought a new construction home and I just signed some papers for upgraded yesterday. They did say I can't make any changes.

At my appointment yesterday, I did something at the design consultants suggestion that I am now regretting too much!

But they are not slowing me to make the change.
Do I have any options?

Thanks all for your help.

You signed a purchase agreement for a new house.

That purchase agreement stated in there that you cannot make any changes, presumably structurally, to the house.

You went to a design appointment and the sales person suggested something that you thought was a great idea but now don't think is a great idea?

I have. But if they say I can't, change it. Do I have any other options? Any rules or laws against Builders not allowing changes within 24 hours?

While that's the main change I want. Now , I want to make some
Other changes too.

I would check with consumer associations to see if there is or is not some allowance for changing your mind withing a certain time-frame. Or ask your lawyer.
