Opinions on the real estate market in gta

What is everyone's thoughts and/or experience with the market right now.

Is it cooling off, or is it picking up again after a couple weeks of pausing?
Will the 16 points Wyne announce have an impact?
Are we in a bubble? How long until it pops?

I'm sure I will hear both sides to this but just wanted to see where everyone's heads were at.

I have plans to sell our current home in June/July...am hopeful that the market keeps going strong. I hear homes are sitting longer but still selling. I don't anticipate home prices dropping but perhaps the rapid rate of price hikes will level off.
