Hi stormont,
They're building the retaining walls from lot 5 to 8 right now, other than that not much more happening. Decor should be calling us soon for the appointment

Hi, I am one of the Tiffany house owner next street will be neighbor to Poetry Living homes. Is the Tiffany house price posted above from the release early this week? I heard that the price of the 60ft lot will be around 2.7M

Yes , this Tiffany prices from March 28 and they got another 6 lots for release , but I don't know when .
