Hi

We will have our Frame Walk appointment very soon. any advice on what I should do during the visit? and what we should focusing on ?

Take pictures so you know what is behind the walls and maybe measure windows. Occasionally people have noticed mistakes (missing upgrades/changes) during a framewalk but that doesn't happen often.

Do you think it's worth to hire an inspector for this specific appointment

No. I wouldn't have an inspector for this one (most builders won't want one there, this is a curtesy appointment, not a requirement). I wouldn't have one for the PDI either (mostly a cosmetic thing, looking for damage).

I would suggest having an inspector before your 30 day.
