That's awesome. I love the wainscot look.

How much did the MDF material for the trimwork cost?

I have been planning on doing a coffered ceiling aka waffle ceiling in our library. Not sure when I'll get around to doing it though.

The MDF panel 4x8' was less than $30 (at Rona, HD had much lower quality of MDF). That did not include the cost of new 8" baseboards & moulding for the top. We are planning to do the wainscoting throughout the main floor, but lower height in the hallways & the waffle ceiling in the office too eventually

The next project will be plaster crown mouldings & finally our hardwood floors

Good eye The vanity cost me $1,0xx with everything & they even gave me the mirror by mistake (free) The toilet is a Toto - Soiree & not from DB, they don't carry Toto but I paid $600, which is not bad for a Toto top of the line 1 piece elongated toilet www.totousa.com/productpage.asp?PID=881

It actually cost me less than an equivalent Kohler that I was supposed to get, I figured Toto is supposed to be the best, so I will try it plus I just loved the look of it.

You think Yes, my husband gets a thrill when he does stuff like this
He can probably do the mitre cuts with his eyes closed

www.art-bathe.com/Bathroom-Furniture.html They have some nice vanities & they all come complete with sinks, faucets & counters, all in one shot You can switch to diff. sink style or a diff. faucet if you don't like the one it comes with.
