If anyone has a resale they are trying to offload in the barrhaven area with one of the builders in the subject line, we might be interested if the price is right. I just got posted to Ottawa and need a house so the family can join me here for the new school semester this coming fall

I was in the area all up until yesterday for the whole week, and from what I can see, it looks like inventory is low right now, but am told in the next couple of months things will get better?

1K is not much to sneeze at :-)
