First 'Build'
We have just purchased a decent sized property in Victoria and are planning to have a custom house build. We already have an architect and builder through solid references and have plenty of grand ideas but no experience in the design and building stages of this labour. General advice is welcome and I will probably be asking a lot of questions here. Cheers

VIC4 - Congrats - I just finished up the same thing your are just starting, but this was my second build. A lot of fun to come.
