These are rear-lane homes. Garage at the back of the home. They don't have driveways.

I checked out the Monarch model homes yesterday and they have good layout and are well-decorated. The finished rec room in the basement certainly adds another dimension.

The houses are fine but the lot just feels a bit tight for me. Lots of density in this area too.
