Do you know how much you can negotiate with a builder? Looking to buy a 36' home in Fairwinds West -- this would be our first new build...

There are a number of lots designated for townhomes in Fairwinds West. Does anyone know what models will be available here (i.e., the "WideLot" models vs. the "2-storey townhomes" models)? Half Moon Bay currently has both sets, if you're not sure what I mean. Thanks!

The sitemap says widelot townhomes, so they'll be the older models (like the ones at the HMB Sales centre). Queenscliffe Corner, Maplefield, etc.

Mattamy has a great price for single, it's cheaper than some resale townhouses.
