THis may seem like a dumb question, but do we need to make arrangements to hook up power, water and gas? if so who do we contact?

You don't have to call to set them up, you just need to call to transfer them to yourself from Mattamy. All the utilities have already been set up. I would call about 2-3 weeks before you move. There should be an information sheet with your welcome package that has it all on there. Enbridge, Barrie Hydro, New Tecumseth water, etc.
If you haven't already done so, I would call Rogers or Bell to set up phone and cable, we had an awful time getting people to come on time.
