I really hope my driveway can fit 4 cars, just good to have space for visitors. I doubt we can change anything regarding the positioning of the homes.

What are some developments in Simcoe, or Colgan/Tottenham/New Tecumseth that excites everyone?

For me its the potential of the 427 extending to Highway 9 and the New Hospital in Allison. There is the Bradford bypass connecting the 400 to the 404 (it recently got full provincial funding). There is also the Caledon Go station said to be coming in about 5 years, we will be about 20 mins away from the station.

There must be more infrastructure coming here as well, I would love to see new schools, a mall, or shopping area, and some road widening in our new area.

I think more increases are probably on the way, looks like they are almost sold out as well. There is less than 50 unreleased lots left.

I booked a 60 ft on the 1st day of release in june. Looks like there are still a few lots left unsold.

Wow, i never knew 427 was being extended to hwy 9. That is going to be super beneficial.

Welcome aboard neighbourino. Btw that 427 expansion was part of the 10 year outlook. It will be a slow process but it will happen.

Another plan is the west corridor, connecting the 400 to the 410 to 401. (a GTA bypass)

Yes i did hear about the bypass (well actually from past 4 years).

tbh, the prices for the sqft were too good to miss. and that its not too far from brampton where i currently reside. do you have any insight on when can we expect the structural appt?

Fair enough, I am in Brampton myself. I am not sure when the structurals are happening, my guess us late 2022.

BTW Looks like prices went up another 50k today. This development is still a steal at current prices.
