I really hope my driveway can fit 4 cars, just good to have space for visitors. I doubt we can change anything regarding the positioning of the homes.

For me its the potential of the 427 extending to Highway 9 and the New Hospital in Allison. There is the Bradford bypass connecting the 400 to the 404 (it recently got full provincial funding). There is also the Caledon Go station said to be coming in about 5 years, we will be about 20 mins away from the station. There must be more infrastructure coming here as well, I would love to see new schools, a mall, or shopping area, and some road widening in our new area. I think more increases are probably on the way, looks like they are almost sold out as well. There is less than 50 unreleased lots left.
