Tartan Homes just released new 17 lots for sale in Findlay Creek. Interesting, that all 45 and 50's lots have some premiums on them. We paid our premium for the lot 45' backing on the park area. Why there are premiums on regular lots? I thought it included in the price of the house of certain size.

I know... It used to be $1000/$1000, then $1000/$500, now its $500/$500.
Does anyone know if they will actually honour the older sheets? I have a $1000/$500 sheet, but it does say at the bottom "subject to change".

So far so good with Tartan, we bought the parkhill model and love the lay out. No problems as of yet and going up pretty quickly. Three of our friends are building with Tartan as well.. We also have friends building with tamarack and heard great things as well with them.. Good luck

Nope, they won't! I brought one in and they made us change it to the $500 sheet. Gr.
