Default Tamarack operating heating/cooling/hrv

Hi everyone,

So i'm finally all settle in the new house...only took 10 months

Does any know how the heating/cooling/hrv systems in the Tamarack towns work. I need a simple how to. lol

When do I turn the HRV off..or do I ever? Do I leave furnace fan on auto or on?
Omg you'd think this was my first home...lol I just can't seem to figure out the right combination of when to have the HRV on. Its cold upstairs but last Feb it was nice upstairs...I figure I'm just messing up the HRV/Furnace/Fan combination.
