in general, once digging has started and if all the trades are coordinated and working diligently, then 8-9 months is the general timeline (assuming the weather is not a significant delay factor during the course)

Anyone who bought from Tiffany Park phase 4 close their home yet? Seems like the Tiffany homes are moving at a much quicker pace compared to Medallion..

I'm a Realtor with RE/MAX West Realty and have been following along on various forums and have noticed there always tends to be a lot of discussion on recent sales and property values. Feel free to shoot me over any questions you may have on the real estate market and I would be more then happy to answer them. I have a depth of experience in finance, construction and real estate and know the area very well.

Tiffany is at their last phase and I'm looking into purchasing a home now. I noticed that the prices have gone down significantly with the houses ranging from 1.412MM to 1.550MM? Have the prices really decreased that much? Is this a good time to buy?

Anyone have an upgrade booklet or list that they can share? I'm just interested to see how much more I'd have to pay to upgrade or whether it's more worthwhile buying a resale home.

Also interested in their new release. Can anyone shed some light on the upgrade list? Is TP typically on time with their closings?

Very interested in understanding average upgrade costs if anyone has an old listing
