Red face Does Tamarack give you pt lights outside?

I was reading Tamaracks standard features and i came across one that said Soffit Pot Lights outside. So does that mean Pot lights outside is a standard feature??

With Tartan it's standard. one over your door and one over the garage. I can only imagine its standard with Tamarack as well.

We are with Tamarack and I have one pot light over the front entrance on a switch and two over the garage door that are solar. These were standard.

For Tamarack, the potlight over your front entryway is hooked up to a switch, and the other two potlights that are standard are on photocell and above the garage.

If you want extra/others (ie. for the second floor soffits), they're an upgrade at the design center.

You can avoid the hassle of the switch and simply have them wire everything to the photocell..

Depends on your model. For the Beckwith, it's 3 total (2 over garage).

Wish I knew that before...

I have the two photocell ones as photocells, and the one on the porch and the two 2nd floor soffit potlights on switches.

What's wrong with having the one over the porch on a switch?

Nothing - I like that light on a switch. I was thinking for the two additional potlights I added outside. In hindsight, it may have made more sense to put those on photocell too, or see if I could have all the exterior lights on switches in lieu of having some of one kind, and others of another.
